Zirconia Ceramic Foam Filters
Andes Zirconia Ceramics Filters are used in the filtration of steel and Nickel or Cobalt based superalloy castings. Andes Zirconia Ceramic Filters offer resistance to high temperatures, while maintaining excellent erosion resistance.
Advanced production techniques help to give the filters an even 3D lattice, resulting in a smooth, non-turbulent melt flow. The fine textures of the filters provide excellent filtration properties, giving the caster cleaner melts and reducing the need for grinding/machining.

Filtering Capabilities:
1. Carbon Steel: 1.4-2.7 kg/cm2
2. Stainless Steel: 1.9-4.0 kg/cm2
Precautions:
1. The best working temperature range is: 1580 to 1760 degree celsius.
2. There should be place for the filters in the sprue cup or the casting path;
3. Preheating or roasting should be avoided, in order not to reduce the mechanical properties of the filters;
4. Gently flip to clean up the filters before use;
5. Filters should be working within their casting weight endure range, do not overload.
